Welcome! My name is Eric and this site was created by me and my wife, Lena. Oddly enough it was me who first discovered dry brushing a couple years ago when reading Rona Berg’s Beauty, The New Basics. (Not the manliest book in the world… but try finding a book about skin care and grooming for men!) I tried it a few times and loved it!

We decided to put this site together to share the best information we could find about dry brushing and skin care. Lena will be doing most of the writing while I take care of most of the technical stuff, and we’ll both answer questions and comment.
